Toy Theater piece developed through coursework at Northwestern University. The performance was inspired by the queer theory concept "Feeling Backward" coined by Heather Love, which asks how we might value and reclaim some of our darker memories. Over the course of the 10-minute piece, I unearthed and shared many of my formative memories, of which the audience and I then together gave new life and a beautiful new perspective.
